Our Founder

BCT Care founder, Belle, has over 20 years experience in the Disability Support Industry. 

Belle is a qualified Special Education Teachers Aide, Aged Care Worker, Disability Support Worker and Care Coordinator. Belle began her journey in the disability support sector as a volunteer.

Belle has worked for Education Queensland in both mainstream and special school settings, as well as working in the private school sector with students from Prep to Year 12. Belle has also worked for many years with adults of all ages who face many challenges.

Belle has a real passion for assisting people reach their goals and achieve the life they want to live. This reflects through the BCT Care team.

Our Team

The BCT Care team have a collective 35 years of extensive experience between them working with people from all walks of life and invite all to live their best life by learning new skills through capacity building activities of their choice whilst having a lot of fun along the way.

Our team love nothing more than to see the smiles of our clients when they achieve success, reach their goals and live the life they could only once dream of. Anything is possible with a positive attitude, and some planning and assistance with the BCT Care team. Because your goals are our goals!
